Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, we don’t have a set repair fee as several factors can influence the price, from travel costs, to parts and labour. Our engineers can advise you of this over the phone.

We recommend you give us a call and we can get an engineer out to you as soon as possible to help get your boiler and heating system running quickly again.

If you have a burst pipe or water leak. We recommend the first thing you must do is to turn off the mains water at the internal stop tap. This will stop the flow of water circulation in your home and prevent more damage. You can find your internal stop tap normally under the sink in your kitchen, and downstairs bathroom. If you can’t find your internal stop tap an external stop cock can be found outside in an outbuilding, shed on the driveway or the pavement outside your home. If any water flow is still accruing then you will need to drain the cold water within your system.  You can do this by running the cold tap and flushing the toilet a few times. Please be aware if your leak is near any electrical sockets if safe to do so please turn off your mains electricity.
